Alchemy Recruitment Solutions are acting on behalf of award-winning Enniskillen based Hotel who wish to appoint a Head Chef to led their culinary team.

The role will involve catering for all departments with the Hotel, including the Restaurant, our Cellar Bar & Bistro, award-winning Weddings and Events and the Pastry Section.

The Head Chef needs to be a leader, a motivator, a mentor, someone who the team all look up to. In addition to strong cooking and menu planning skills you will be managing all costings, health and safety and achieving your GP every week.

Salary: £48,000.00+ per year, depending on experience.
