Our client, a Catering establishment based in Kilkeel, Co Down is seeking to appoint a Chef Manager to join the current management team.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent with a minimum of 12 months previous supervisory or management experience within a busy Catering Operation.
Duties will involve menu planning, stock control and ordering, ensuring Food hygiene regulations are adhered to and the supervision of kitchen staff.
Hours of work 7.30am-3.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Annual Salary- £32,000 – £34,000
