Job Description – IT Support Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support and management of end point devices such as user profile configuration on company provided laptops, system troubleshooting and regular system updates.
- M365 Apps knowledge and troubleshooting
- Management of AV devices which are deployed in the conference rooms such as MTR kits, Cisco Webex Board Pro and BYOD.
- Overseeing corporate wifi network and reporting any network issues to the relevant support team in timely manner ensuring no impact to the end users.
- Reporting and inventory management of IT asset stocks and ensure timely disposal of end of life devices by following the due company process.
- Maintain the sanctity and hygiene of the IT Hub & Comm rooms.
- F2F connect with end users to gather real time feedback especially VIP users.
- Collaborate with wider global IT team on various technical, operational and innovative topics and aim for continuous service improvement in the EUC area
Must have skills:
- End user computing knowledge
- Mobile device management knowledge – MS Intune
- Printer and AV solution knowledge
- Basic networking knowledge
- Excellent communicator
- Agile, team player, collaborative and easily approachable
- MS Office Apps
Good to have skills:
- French language, but not mandatory
- ServiceNow for ticketing
Working Hours: On site – 8-5pm support
