Established Hotel in the North West is seeking to appoint an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to take overall operational responsibilty for C&B Department
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role within a busy 4 star hotel. They must be passionate about Food & Beverage and want to be part of a successful team.
The successful candidate will have -
• To Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that the highest standards of customer service is offered at all times.
• A strong F&B background with emphasis on C&B service.
• Some knowledge of Front Office operations would be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and delegation skills, ability to make tough decisions.
• Excellent communication skills essential for success in this role
• Proven ability to grow revenues, improve costs and meet targets.
• Ability to improve customer service and satisfaction.
• Able to represent company in a professional and competent manner.
EXcellent salary (£25k-£30k) on offer for successful candidate with additional benefits.
Hours of work will be based on 40hrs per week (5 out of 7 days)
Shift work involved.
