Sous Chef *Belfast City Ctr Hotel*


Established 4 Star Hotel in Belfast City Centre is seeking to appoint a Sous Chef to join current management team on a long term temporary contract.

Ideal candidates will be qualified to NVQ level 3 with at least 2 years previous supervisory experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous within a busy catering operation.

Duties will involve assisting the Head chef with stock control & ordering, HACCP and ensuring highest standards of food hygiene maintained at all times. Supervision and professional development of junior chefs also a key function within this role.

Hours of work vary but will be based on working 5 out of 7 days.

Salary c£25-£27k (Dep on Exp)
