Senior Sous Chef *Co. Donegal*


An established 4 Star Hotel in East Donegal is seeking to appoint a Senior Sous Chef to join current management team on a permanent basis.

Ideal candidates will be qualified to NVQ level 3 with at least 2 years previous supervisory experience as Head or Sous Chef within a busy catering operation.

Duties will involve assisting the Head chef with stock control & ordering, HACCP and ensuring highest standards of food hygiene maintained at all times. Supervision and professional development of junior chefs also a key function within this role.

Hours of work vary but will be based on working 5 out of 7 days.

Salary – circa €30,000-€35,000
