Award winning Restaurant in Bangor, Co Down is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the current team.
Ideal candidates will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent with previous experience operating within a busy kitchen environment.
Duties will include food preparation and cooking and ensuring highest standards of food hygiene are maintained at all times. Supervision of junior chefs also part of role. Other duties as directed by Head or Sous Chef.
Hours of work will vary (5 out of 7 days) Shift work involved.
Rate of pay £11.00ph
Immediate Start available for successful candidate.
Own transport would be an advantage
