Front Office Receptionist – Hospitality Venue

Description

Our client, an award winning Hospitality venue based in Manchester, is seeking to recruit a Front of House Receptionist to join their team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service as well as a confident personality and strong organisational skills. Previous experience in a customer facing role or within a similar hospitality establishment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Main Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Taking, amending and cancelling reservations
  • Managing large group reservations
  • Handling all calls in an appropriate manner
  • Monitoring guest feedback
  • Administrative tasks
  • Carrying out all front of house procedures

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – 10.00am-6.00pm

Rate of Pay: £17.5k-£18.5k
