Established 4 Star hotel based in County Tyrone, is seeking to appoint an Executive Head Chef to lead current team in this busy and popular establishment.
The ideal candidate will come from an excellent culinary background with previous managerial or supervisory experience ideally within a reputable 4 Star Hotel or busy dining establishment.
Duties will include Menu planning, sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers, stock control and ordering and ensuring compliance with all HACCP procedures.
Excellent food presentation is also essential in this role due to the high standards of the establishment.
The successful candidate will be an ambitious and driven individual with an eye for detail with excellent managerial and delegation skills.
Must be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
Hours of work will be based on an average 40-45 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)
Salary on offer – £40k-£45k depending on experience
