Our Client, an established UK based Contract Catering provider is seeking to appoint a number of Chef Managers due to the acquisition of a number of new contracts.
We would be keen to receive applications from candidates with Chef or Catering Management experience based in the following areas:
Ideal candidates will be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent with previous Head Chef or Catering Supervisory/Management experience within a busy catering operation.
Experience of Menu Planning, Stock control and HACCP an essential requirement.
Hours of work 10am-6pm (5 out of 7 days)
Salary c£20k-£22k (Dep on Exp)
